Due to the nature of our products and the option to inspect and check sizing upon delivery, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their items when they receive them. If there is a rare issue with your order (e.g., damaged or wrong item), please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

customers are not allowed to only receive part of the order, pay for it and return the rest. We encourage you to only order what you intend to purchase since you can either accept the whole package or return it as a whole with your courier
